Because we understand structural limitations and what’s possible within your home, we can often be a better guide for overall layout planning than designers who don’t work within those constraints firsthand. Our goal is to create a layout that looks great and works well—structurally and functionally.

We do not manage the specific product and finish selections (like paint colors, tile choices, grout colors, and similar items). Instead, we partner with a trusted network of suppliers to help our customers make those choices with confidence.

Keeping your Family Safe While we Work

At Pelletier Bros. LLC, safety for everyone in the home during the renovation is one of our highest priorities. We use full dust containment and specialized air management—including negative air pressure and air scrubbers—to help keep potentially harmful construction dust out of the living areas so your family stays protected.

Our team is trained to identify materials that may pose health risks, including potential mold, lead, and asbestos-containing materials, before demolition begins. We then take the proper precautions to ensure these substances don’t spread into the areas of your home that will remain inhabited throughout the project.
