Who are we and what do we do?
Pelletier Bros. LLC is a locally owned and operated general contracting company in the state of Maine. Consistently working at navigating the complexities of the construction industry we work long hours, and pour our heart and soul into the projects we complete and the services we provide.
Years of experience in various trades, college educations as well as working closely with our subcontractors has provided our team with the skills they need to consistently produce quality work. We hire craftsman and provide the training they need to improve that craft.
From the ground up we have a team ready to accommodate your every need.
Bathroom Renovations
At Pelletier Bros. LLC our entire team is required to go through a bathroom specific renovation courses which teaches them best practices in tilework, modern products, and waterproofing strategies. We expect quality out of all our team members and our tiered business structure with internal quality control experts ensures every product produced is of the highest possible quality.
Bathroom Tiling is expensive, time consuming, and can be devastating to the home if done wrong. Often, hiring the cheaper option when it comes to bathrooms costs more in the long term. Call us first, call us last, but call us before commencing work.

Custom Kitchens: Design Through Completion
If your considering a kitchen renovation project we are a one stop shop for new floor plans, custom layouts, and complete remodels of your home. We can help you restructure your closed off house for an open concept or make your kitchen flow like it should for the ideal working space.
We work with local suppliers like Hammond Lumber and McCormack's Building Supply for cabinets and countertops.
Together with our team of suppliers and sub-contractors we can make your dream kitchen a reality.

It all Starts with a Design
At Pelletier Bros. LLC we take care of our floor plan designs in house to make things easier on you, the customer. We provide consultation on what will be possible with the space we are working with and help you design your dream living space. We know what is structurally possible within the homes space and can therefore, often times, be a better reference for the overall layout design of a home than other designers.
We do not handle the specific item choices (paint colors, tile choices, grout colors, etc.) but have a wonderful team of suppliers that can help our customers with these choices.
New Construction
Building in the state of Maine has, in recent years, has become more difficult as modern codes have increased the complexity of home building. Let us help you navigate these guidelines and help you design the structure you've been dreaming of.
As a contracting company that keeps the initial design work in house we are able to communicate efficiently with those who would be completing the work to find out what kind of design aspects are even possible. Work with us to design your home, then let us take care of building your home, so you can ENJOY it.

Locally Sourced, Supplied and Manufactured Products
At Pelletier Bros. LLC we understand the importance of supporting our local economy. For this reason we source products locally as often as possible. From TimberHP insulation, to Mathews Brothers Windows, to purchasing trailers manufactured by Nitro and Northforce Manufacturing. We employ locally, and understand the importance of supporting others that also employ people locally.
We also work hard to spread the spending across multiple suppliers. From Hammond Lumber, to McCormacks Building Supply, to By the Board Lumber in Readfield, ME we do our best to do our part in supporting the viability of our local economy.

Keeping your family safe while we work
Safety of those within the home while work progresses is one of our highest priorities. We believe in full dust containment and utilize negative air pressure and air scrubbers to ensure your family stays safe from potentially health affecting dust. We have trained our employees to identify Mold, Led, and Asbestos containing materials prior to demolition but always take precautions to ensure these potentially health impacting substances do not reach the parts of your home that remains inhabited during the renovation project.
