Below you will get to see some of the projects we have completed over the years. Please excuse the quality of some of the photos as most were taken at the end of a very long day. For the most part these have been organized into chronological order.
Full House Renovation Project 2019
This project was completed in 2019 for new homeowners who had purchased the property and wanted to make it truly their own. The scope came with a number of unique challenges, including removing load-bearing walls, working with cathedral ceilings, and building custom in-wall shelving.
While the process required extra planning and careful execution, the finished results were absolutely worth the effort.
Kitchen, Dining, and Den 2020
This was one of our first kitchen renovations. You’ll notice some obvious issues in the photos, but we believe it’s important to show the progress and where we started.
Since then, we’ve completed half a dozen kitchens, a dozen bathrooms, and several whole-house renovations—and in many ways, this project helped set the foundation for where we are today.
Back to Our Roots: Exterior Painting and Staining
These days, we’re very selective about the exterior paint projects we take on—but it’s still nice to look back and share photos of the work that helped get our business started.
Even then, the goal was the same: deliver quality workmanship and take pride in every detail.
Full House Renovation Project 2021-2022
This project came with serious challenges—rotting floors, damaged basement posts, and a lack of insulation throughout. The home was a post-and-beam structure that had been significantly impacted over time.
We worked to stabilize, repair, and restore it so it could function well again and feel like home. The experience pushed us to improve—and it played a big role in shaping Pelletier Bros. LLC into the contractors we are today.
Post Catastrophe Residential Restoration Project 2023
In the winter of 2023, a deep freeze caused the pipes in this beautiful lakefront home to freeze. Our customer contacted us right away, and we quickly coordinated with the necessary trades to begin restoration as fast as possible.
After weeks of negotiations with the insurance company, the project received approval—allowing us to bring this home back to its former glory.

Full House Renovation Project 2023
With the insurance project in 2023, it was a very busy year for us. At the same time, we were renovating this home. Unfortunately, we didn’t capture any finished photos of the kitchen, since we were completing the work in sections and the owner was ready to move in—but what we delivered turned out absolutely stunning.
This house was originally constructed in sections, and we made several improvements throughout: we added bedrooms on the first level, created an open-concept custom kitchen, and renovated all of the bedrooms on the upper level.

Full Porch with 4 Season Entryway and Roof.
This beautiful addition to the home features multi-leveled beam structures, built with all locally sourced white cedar and hemlock beams.

During the COVID rush for homes, this homeowner purchased a mobile home on a full foundation. Later, we were brought in to:

Hartland Maine New Construction 2025
Most of 2025 has been dedicated to this full new construction project.
From designing the plans with the homeowner to watching everything come together, it’s been an exciting build—and it’s still currently a work in progress.
Even as we continue, it’s already proving to be an absolute beauty of a home. This project has once again tested our skills and expanded our capabilities—and we can’t wait to share the finished results.
Custom Kitchen 2025
This custom kitchen included standout details that truly elevate the space:
