Full House Renovation 2021 into 2022

This project was a large bite. The home is over 200 years old and had not been treated with the respect a house deserves. Hammers were thrown on day one tearing down walls and opening up voids into the unknown where rot, fecal matter, and animal remains were plentiful. The project ended up being an entire gut out, with new floor structures being built, new walls, electrical and plumbing throughout the home. New water heating systems as well as wall mount propane heating units were installed. The home was insulated using best practices with a vapor barrier and spray foam insulating the basement walls.
